The Arcus Temporum in Pannonhalma is preparing for its 20thth anniversary between 23-25 August 2024. The contemporary art festival is a true community celebration, not only because of the two-decade anniversary, but also because this year the Benedictine monastic community is celebrating the 800th anniversary of the medieval restoration and consecration of the Basilica St. Martin. 

The five concerts of this year juxtapose the work of Mozart with that of the recently deceased Péter Eötvös, an exciting pairing in itself, not to mention the fact that the eminent Hungarian composer selected the works himself, with artistic director András Keller.

The natural environment of the Nature Path and the Chapel will be transformed into the Path of Eötvös. Various stations will feature solo and chamber music by Péter Eötvös, accompanied by visual art installations.

Concerto Budapest's beloved "Kiddies" Series is dedicated to kindergarten and young primary school children: the playful and interactive performances allow the youngsters to become familiar with the foundations of music. In the coming season, the series will undertake a four-concert excursion to the millennia-old history of music with the help of the host Gábor Iván. From season 24/25 kids and parents can choose between two dates: from 11AM and from 3PM (Kiddies Extra).
